The best thing that has happened as far as organizing your kitchen is concerned is the under counter spice rack and the reason is that you save on space just because it is under your kitchen cabinet and does not interfere with the normal things that you need to use.

Plus it is easy to pull the things out as well as easy to hide away rather than having each and everything up on the shelf.

The spice rack is a sliding one can be actually used a utility thing under any cabinet to put away the things and it will look nice and clean everywhere.

Here comes the tricky part which is that these are not easy to install and generally you will have to be persistent enough to install them. The reason is simple that since it is under the cabinet you will find it tough to install and put on the hinges and the rails with limited mobility. The best thing is to put these in only when you are installing new cabinets under the counter.

The product brand which is generally available is Jokari or Todco and this is made up of the stainless steel. You can use the adhesive tape or the screws to install this.

The Cost – the cost of the under the counter spice rack can vary from $25 – $37 or may be even $40. A good buy considering the amount of time you will always spend organizing your spices in the kitchen and taking that effort to organize them properly because they were open to public.

Important tip : Get a sharpie marker or a small white stickers and put on all the bottles of spice . On those write the dates as well as the name of the spices if you are using special bottles as opposed to manufacturer bottles. That way you will remember when you bought the spices and also it is for easy identification and retrieval of spices from the cabinet. So rather than having wall mounted spice rack you can also go for the under counter spice rack.
